Research and Teaching Interests:

Creativity - including its definition and measurement; individual differences; whether it is general or domain-specific; its relationship with mental illness, intelligence, and other constructs; and its place in fair and equitable assessment.

Student success - the relationship of personality, thinking styles, motivation, creativity, and other cognitive and non-cognitive constructs to student success, achievement, and retention

Non-cognitive constructs - in general, the constructs of personality, motivation, thinking styles, metacognition, emotional intelligence, etc
