Student Research Participation
Welcome to the psychology department student research participation page!
SONA Experiment Management System provides an easy method for you to sign up for extra credit research studies, and track your progress throughout the term. Everything is done through the software's web-based interface, so you can access the system at any time, from any computer, with a standard web browser. After you create an account, you can log in to the system and view a list of available studies and any restrictions, sign up for studies that interest you, cancel appointments you cannot attend, and receive email reminders for your appointments. The system will track when you receive extra credit for participation in a study, so you can view this online as well. Instructions on creating your SONA account are attached to this syllabus. The SONA website is easy to navigate and use, however if you have any questions and/or difficulties, please send an e-mail to the Faculty Research Coordinator (kdean@csusb.edu).
